Golf sketch reserves the right to alter/update this disclaimer at any time in order to aptly reflect the Terms and Conditions of the Golf Sketch website. If at any time you do not agree with any element of this legally binding disclaimer please do not continue to use the website.

By accessing and using the website you agree to the following:

b. at no time may this website or any material held within this website be copied, saved or reproduced without the express written permission from Golf Sketch.
c. No material held within this website may be used or republished for commercial use.
d. there must be no attempt to alter any information held within this website other than details entered in your personal account profile.
Golf Sketch reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to any user/account holder without prior warning should Golf Sketch feel the website or any of its content are being used in an inappropriate, unlawful or damaging manner not adhering to the above conditions of use.
Limitation of Liability
While every attempt will be made by Golf Sketch to ensure that the website is free from errors and is as precise as possible we cannot warrant its accuracy. We will however attempt to correct any errors as soon as they are discovered.
Golf Sketch does not accept responsibility or liability for the following.
a. Any damage or loss of information within your computer system or property resulting from the access or use of the Golf Sketch website. (www.golfsketch.com)
b. We do not guarantee files or information downloaded from the website are free from contamination or viruses.
c. Sudden interruptions to the access of the website and its features either due to updates, maintenance and or system failures.
Damaged, lost or broken products suffered during the delivery process by the postal or courier services. Postal strikes or other acts of God.
e. Information entered when opening or editing an account or when purchasing items. The accuracy of this and all customer entered information remains the customers priority to ensure accuracy.
The limited liability of these terms and Conditions does not exclude Golf Sketch from negligible or liable actions/acts which cannot be limited or excluded under law.
Cancellation of Orders
Should for some reason you decide to cancel an order after it has been dispatched by Golf Sketch, please send back the items in a protective form of packaging similar to, or the same as when you received the goods. As soon as we have received the products back from you and have acknowledged they are in pristine condition as you received them, we shall refund you the order.
Please note: We cannot refund you for any packaging required to resend to products to Golf Sketch or the postage costs incurred by either you in resending the products back to us or the original postage costs you paid to receive the products.
Confirmation of Orders and Payment
Minimum order with Golf Sketch is €8.85 - minimum order 1 pack of cards (6 cards) or 1 calendar
As soon as you have entered an order through the Golf Sketch website or over the phone, Golf Sketch will send you an email or written confirmation of this order. On receiving your order you shall receive a paid invoice sheet further outlining the order.
No orders shall be dispatched until all payments are verified and paid in full.
Postage and delivery
All orders under 0.5kg - Europe €3.99, Rest of the world €4.99
All orders between 0.5kg & 2kg - Europe €8.99, Rest of the world €10.99
All orders between 2kg & 3.5 kg -Europe €12.99, Rest of the world €15.99 *
All orders above 3.5 kg €25.00 *
* For all large orders please call or send an email to arrange a more appropriate postage quotation.
Please allow on average 7-10 days for products to arrive once an order has been verified and paid in full. If an order is required sooner, please call or email to discuss alternative postage options.
Over bank holidays and other public holidays, postage may unfortunately be delayed.
All products are dispatched in perfect condition. We cannot take any responsibility for any damage incurred during the delivery process.
Law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from anything outlined in these terms and conditions will therefore be subject to the law and jurisdiction related to France.
